Sorry that I've been so slow posting. This is my Lil' Dancer Tutu. It is a short tulle tutu skirt. I can do this tutu in red, black, white, cream, pink, hot pink, purple and lavender. My girls absolutely love this tutu! They laugh, twirl and dance everytime they wear one!
